Sendrayan is an Indian actor born on 5 November 1984 in Bodinayakkanur, Theni district, Tamil Nadu, who hails from Vathalakkundu (Dindigul district). He struggled for 15 years to break into the film industry, working as a mechanic before getting his first acting opportunity. He married his longtime girlfriend Kayalvizhi at Sendraya Perumal Temple in Vathalakkundu in August 2014. He learned of his wife's pregnancy while inside the Bigg Boss house. He made his acting debut with a small role as a bike thief in Vetrimaran's acclaimed Polladhavan (2007) alongside Dhanush. He subsequently appeared in Silambattam (2008), Aadukalam (2011, with Dhanush), Moodar Koodam (2013, his breakthrough, as a young criminal), Rowthiram (2013), Rummy (2014), Mosakutty (2014), Pa Paandi (2017), Spyder (2017, Telugu-Tamil, with Mahesh Babu), Nimir (2018, with Udhayanidhi Stalin), and Puthiya Niyamam (2016, Malayalam, his debut in that industry, with Mammootty and Nayanthara) and Metro (2016). In 2018, he participated in Bigg Boss Tamil Season 2 and was evicted in Week 12, finishing 8th.
