Abishek Raaja is an Indian YouTuber, film critic, actor, journalist, video jockey, and radio jockey born on 2 October 1990 in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. He studied at Jeevana Matriculation Higher Secondary School and TVS Lakshmi Matriculation School in Madurai before earning his graduation from Christ University in Bengaluru. He began his career as an intern photographer at The Hindu newspaper, then worked as a Radio Jockey at Radio Mirchi (Madurai) before moving to Sun Music's Spotlight as a Video Jockey - conducting over 300 interviews with top Tamil industry personalities. He later worked with Behindwoods and Fully Filmy. He also served as an assistant director on Karthik Subbaraj's Jigarthanda (2014). He runs the YouTube channel Open Pannaaa, known for its honest film reviews and commentary. He made his acting debut with a small role in Imaikkaa Nodigal (2018). In October 2021, he entered Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5 as one of the 18 original contestants. He was evicted early, then re-entered the house as a returning contestant on Day 48 (Week 7). He was eliminated in Week 9 (Day 63), finishing thirteenth overall.
