Samyuktha Hegde is an Indian actress and dancer who works primarily in Kannada and Tamil films. Born on 17 July 1998 in Bengaluru to a Havyaka Brahmin father and a Christian mother, her native village is Kelaginamane in the Uttara Kannada district. She completed her schooling at St. Paul's English School, Bengaluru. She made her film debut with the Kannada comedy-drama Kirik Party (2016), directed by Rishab Shetty, where she played the spirited character Arya opposite Rakshit Shetty. Her performance earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress - Kannada. In 2016, she participated in MTV Roadies Season 15. In 2017, she entered Bigg Boss Kannada Season 5 as a wildcard contestant but exited early after a controversial incident. In 2018, she appeared in the Telugu remake Kirrak Party and participated in MTV Splitsvilla Season 11, finishing as the first runner-up. She made her Tamil film debut with Comali (2019) opposite Jayam Ravi.
