Bio
Tanaaz Irani (née Lal; born 8 April 1972 in Mumbai, Maharashtra) is an Indian actress. She began her television career in Zabaan Sambhalke (Doordarshan) and made her Bollywood debut in Rakesh Roshan's blockbuster Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai (2000) as Neeta. She went on to appear in television serials including Ye Meri Life Hai (Zee TV), Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, and the long-running comedy Badi Door Se Aaye Hain (as Lisa D'Souza). She was previously married to Farid Currim; they have a daughter, Zianne. She met Bakhtiyaar Irani on the set of Fame Gurukul (2006) and they married in 2007 after a two-year relationship — despite significant family opposition due to the seven-year age gap. They have a son (Zeus) and a daughter (Zara), and co-run TEE & BEE Dance Academy in Dubai. In October 2009, she entered Bigg Boss Season 3 with husband Bakhtiyaar under the season's 'Project DNA' couple theme. She was evicted in Week 6 (Day 39), finishing 11th overall — two days before Bakhtiyaar's voluntary exit.
