Sushant Divgikar (born 5 May 1992 in Mumbai, Maharashtra) is an Indian model, drag performer, television anchor, actor, and LGBTQ+ rights advocate. He is openly gay and is best known for his drag queen persona Rani Ko-HE-Noor — a play on the Kohinoor diamond — which has made him one of India's most prominent drag artists and queer cultural figures. He won the Mr. Gay World 2014 pageant held in South Africa, becoming the first Indian to win the title at that competition, and representing India on the global stage. He has hosted several Colors TV shows and appeared in various Bollywood productions and music videos. He is a passionate singer and was a contestant on Rising Star Season 2 (Colors TV). His advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights has been widely covered in Indian media, particularly around the Section 377 decriminalisation debate. In September 2014, he entered Bigg Boss Season 8 as one of the original contestants, becoming one of the first openly gay participants in the show's history. He was evicted in Week 7 (Day 48), finishing 14th overall.
