Ciby Bhuvana Chandran is an Indian actor born on 5 August 1990 in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu. His father is a doctor. He grew up in Tenkasi before moving to Salem and later to Chennai to pursue an acting career. While still a student, he appeared in short films, which led to his discovery by the film industry. He made his feature film debut as one of the lead protagonists in Vanjagar Ulagam (2018), directed by Manoj Beedha. His breakthrough came with the Lokesh Kanagaraj-directed action drama Master (2021), starring Thalapathy Vijay, in which he played the college student Sri and appeared in the widely celebrated 'Vaathi Coming' song. He also appeared in Etharkkum Thunindhavan (2022). In October 2021, he entered Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5, becoming a popular and consistent presence in the house. He walked out of the show on Day 94 with a prize, finishing in seventh place. He married Shloka, whom he met after returning from the United Kingdom, on 14 November.
