Ali Reza Kheradmand, known professionally as Ali Reza, is an Indian actor and model born on 24 May 1985 in Hyderabad, Telangana, into a Muslim family of Iranian descent. His ancestors migrated from Iran to Hyderabad several decades ago and established the iconic Irani café Ramser in Marredpally, Secunderabad - a beloved 57-year-old Hyderabad institution famous for its Irani chai and chicken 65, which unfortunately closed in 2019. He attended St. John's Church High School and St. John's College in Hyderabad before discontinuing his studies to help his father with the café business. He later went to Dubai to work in a trading firm, returning after a couple of years to pursue acting. He began his career as a model doing print advertisements and TV commercials. He made his Bollywood debut in the espionage thriller Mukhbiir (2008), then transitioned to Telugu television with Pasupu Kumkuma (Zee Telugu, 2010-2013), where his lead role as Arjun made him a household name across Telugu states. He went on to appear in Telugu films including Gayakudu (2015), Dhruva (2016), Cine Mahal (2017), Naa Rautee Separate (2017), Wild Dog (2021, with Nagarjuna), and the serials Evare Nuvvu Mohini and Maate Mantramu. In 2018, he was named Hyderabad Times' Most Desirable Man on TV. He married air hostess Masuma Beiki on 7 January 2018; they have a daughter named Amaira. He entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3 in July 2019, was evicted in Week 7 (Day 50), then dramatically re-entered on Day 68 following massive fan demand. He finished 5th in the grand finale on 3 November 2019, spending a total of 85 days in the house.
