In June 2018, he entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 1 hosted by Mohanlal as one of the original 16 contestants - the only non-celebrity or non-media-personality in the season's original line-up. He walked out of the house on Day 3, citing personal reasons, making him the contestant who spent the least time inside the Bigg Boss house in Season 1. He finished eighteenth and last.
