Sreemukhi Rathod (full name: Sreemukhi Rathod) is an Indian actress and television presenter born on 10 May 1993 in Nizamabad, Telangana, to Ramakrishna (a government employee) and Latha (a beautician). She has a brother named Sushruth and a twin sister named Cherry. She began a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree but discontinued it to pursue a career in media. She gained her first notable fame through the ETV Telugu show Adhurs (2012) as a host, earning particular recognition for her portrayal of the village character Ramulamma. She went on to host a range of hit shows including Pataas, Super Singer 9, Bhale Chance Le, Comedy Nights, and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. In 2015, she co-hosted the SIIMA Awards in Dubai alongside Rana Daggubati, and later hosted Celebrity Kabaddi League (2020). She is considered one of the highest-paid television personalities in the Telugu industry. In parallel she built a film career, debuting in a brief role as Allu Arjun's sister in Trivikram's Julai (2012), before her first lead in Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013, dir. Pavan Sadineni). She also appeared in Nenu Sailaja (as Ram's sister), Gentleman, Ettuthikkum Madhayaanai (Tamil), and the bilingual Chandrika (Kannada). In 2019, she entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3, finishing as first runner-up on 3 November 2019. She won the Zee Apsara Award for Entertainer of TV in 2018.
